  • Creating a Restorative Burnout Recovery Practice

    In the training, Pouring Into You: Creating a Restorative Burnout Recovery Practice, we will look into how to implement self-compassion into a self-care practice. Participants will engage in guided journaling exercises to reflect on their self-care needs, learn about 8 different types of self-care and begin developing a customized self-care practice to prevent and recover from burnout.

  • Stress Awareness & Management

    In this training, Releasing the Pressure: Stress Awareness & Management, we break down how burnout and stress show up in helping professionals. Participants will learn about the causes of burnout and stress in work environments and will be guided through self-reflection exercises to increase their understanding of their own stress levels and signs of burnout.

  • Assertive Boundary Setting

    In this training, Protect & Preserve: Assertive Boundary Setting, will discuss how to establish and maintain boundaries as part of a self-care practice. Participants will begin learning how to develop an assertive boundary setting practice through journaling exercises, boundary setting strategies and a variety of ideas to help strengthen their ability to set and maintain boundaries.

  • Productive Time Management

    In this training, Just a Second: Productive Time Management, we will explore the concept of time scarcity and its relationship to burnout. Participants will learn how time scarcity has impacted their work style and performance and will learn time management strategies around differentiating urgency and importance for short and long term tasks.

  • Resourceful Task Delegation

    In this training, Help Received: Resourceful Task Delegation, we will discuss ways helping professionals can mindfully and tactfully give and accept help. Participants will explore burnout-fueling habits around delegating tasks in the workplace, participate in activities to organize tasks and begin engaging in team-oriented ways to ask for help.

  • Centering Community Care

    In this training, you will learn the foundational and compassionate approach to creating a system of support with your community, team and/or organization. This training includes opportunities community reflection, community ideas and a guided breathing exercise.

  • Support During Difficult Times

    In this training, you will explore mindful ways to offer compassionate support to others during difficult times. The Considerate Care training breaks down gentle and caring ways to create a compassionately supportive environment in your respective setting.

  • Both! You have the option of hosting any of the trainings in-person or virtually.

  • Each training is 60-minutes and can be modified for time or extended for additional time to process the content, engage in discussion and/or answer questions.

  • Yes! Each training includes guided journaling section, in addition to reflective activities and group discussion. Each training can also be paired with physical copies of our guided journals.
